By using our website to place an order you as the customer are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Canine Lane reserves the right to modify the terms from time to time. Continued use of this website indicate that you have read, understood and accept the modified terms.

PLACING AN ORDER

Before placing an order it is important that you measure your dog carefully (preferably two or three times) as per our ‘Measuring your Dog’ page.

When you place an order you will be directed to a securely hosted payment page. Once complete, you should receive a ‘receipt for your payment’ email from us.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We take payment at the time of ordering. Orders are not dispatched until the payment has been received in full and the funds have been cleared.

We are unable to take payments over the phone. If you are unable to make your payment by the usual method, please contact us to arrange a bank transfer. All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal, we do not have access to payment details.

PRICES

Prices of items are subject to change from time to time without notice. However, we will honour the prices that were on the website at the time your order was placed. The prices shown on the website do not include postage or shipping. Postage is calculated when completing the checkout procedure. If you wish to check the postage prices for UK orders please contact us.

This privacy policy sets out how Canine Lane uses and protects any information that you provide to us when using this website.

At Canine Lane we are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected. Any information provided when using this website will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We may collect the following information: name and address details; telephone number and email address; other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. We require the information collected above to be able to fulfil your order and to help us provide a better service.

To process your order and to obtain payment
Internal record keeping

Canine Lane may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. Canine Lane will not contact you by telephone, other than to help us fulfil any order that you place with us or if agreed with you beforehand

We do not disclose customer’s information to third parties other than when necessary to fulfil your order or with your permission. However, if required by law, we will provide details of any personal information or order details we hold without reference.

When someone visits our website, we use Google Analytics to collect details of visitor behaviour patterns (such as which pages they visit). This information does not allow us to identify who has visited our website.
